If you lived in New Hampshire 25 years ago, you may have seen this on TV. Back in 1995, WMUR jumped on the World Wide Web bandwagon, and launched wmur.com. Back then, the internet was very new for most people. And the Granite State’s primary television station recognized the potential of reaching it’s audience in a whole new way.
Check out this story that ran on the station to announce the launch. Although 1995 might not seem that long ago on the surface, watching this story makes you realize how much things have changed in a relatively short amount of time.
